In short: Bayinnaung does not collect, store on our servers, or share any personal information. The game has no accounts, no ads and no analytics, and it does not connect to the internet.
1. Who we are
Bayinnaung ("the game") is a mobile game published by Option Enter Software Company Limited ("we", "us"). This policy covers the game on Android (package name com.optionenter.bayinnaung) and this website.
2. Information we collect
We do not collect any personal information through the game. In particular, the game:
- does not ask you to create an account or sign in;
- does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos or location;
- does not show advertising and does not use an advertising ID;
- does not include analytics, tracking or other third-party data-collection software;
- does not request internet access, so it cannot send data from your device to us or to anyone else.
3. Data stored on your device
The game saves your progress on your own device: the chapters you have completed, the Glory you have earned, the techniques and training you have unlocked, and your settings. This data never leaves your device and we cannot see it.
You can delete it at any time by clearing the game's data in your device settings or by uninstalling the game. The save is not included in Android's cloud backup, so it is removed with the game.
4. Permissions
The game requests one Android permission:
- Vibration, used only for haptic feedback during play. You can turn vibration off in the game's Settings.
5. Sharing of information
Because we do not collect personal information, we have nothing to share, sell or transfer to third parties.
6. Children's privacy
The game does not collect personal information from anyone, including children. The game depicts historical battles with stylised combat and is not directed at children under 13.
7. App stores
When you download or update the game through Google Play or another app store, that store processes information such as your account and purchase or download history under its own privacy policy. We do not receive your personal details from the store. We may see aggregated, anonymous statistics that the store provides to developers, such as the number of installs, ratings and crash reports.
8. This website
This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising. Like most websites, the hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and time of visit) for security and reliability.
9. Changes to this policy
If a future version of the game changes how data is handled, we will update this policy before that version is released and change the effective date above.
